Our firm represents defendants and institutions who have been sued on a state-wide basis. We are currently defending claims in 15 Montana cities and towns. Randy Nelson is a licensed pilot, with efficient access to remote lawsuit venues with his own plane. The firm is staffed with three full-time attorneys and four paralegals in addition to support staff. The firm is located a block east of the federal and county courthouses in its own building, a restored historic brick structure built in 1910.
